Terms & Conditions - The Basics 

1. No Return or Refund Policy

1.1 Gift Cards:
All sales of GoVision360 gift cards are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable, whether purchased online or in-store. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded.

1.2 Digital Marketing Services:
Payments made for digital marketing services provided by GoVision360 are non-refundable. Once services have been initiated, delivered, or access has been granted (including but not limited to ad creation, strategy planning, analytics setup, or campaign management), clients are not eligible for a refund or cancellation.

By purchasing our digital services or gift cards, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no refund/no return policy.

2. Service Acknowledgment

Customers are responsible for reviewing the scope of services, deliverables, and any terms of engagement before making a purchase. If clarification is needed, we encourage customers to contact our support team prior to completing their transaction.
